Welcome! Here’s what you need to know during your visit:

1. Registration & Appointments

– New patients will be registered upon arrival.
– Follow-up patients will be recorded on a continuation sheet.
– Appointments can be made for all consultations.
– Urgent walk-ins will be accommodated.
– For special cases, we refer to:
  • Columbia Asia Hospital
  • KPMC Puchong
  • Hospital Serdang

2. Medical Records

– Your medical info is private and kept confidential.
– Only healthcare professionals involved in your care can access your record.
– Records are kept for 7 years after your last visit.
– Medical info includes allergies, diagnosis, treatment plan & follow-ups.

3. Your Rights

– You have the right to:
  • Know estimated charges before treatment.
  • Be informed about your condition & treatment plan.
  • Request referrals to other facilities.
  • Get a medical report (small fee applies).
  • File suggestions or complaints.

4. Feedback & Complaints

– You may voice any concerns or complaints.
– All complaints are responded to within 14 days.
– Unresolved issues may be escalated to the Ministry of Health.

5. Fee Schedule

– Consultation (with or without medication): RM50 – RM100.

6. Staff Identification

– All staff wear name tags and are listed on the waiting area board.

7. Infection Control

– We follow MOH standards for hygiene & safety.
– All equipment is disinfected and sterilized properly.
– Medical waste is handled professionally.
– Staff showing signs of illness are not allowed to work.

8. Clean & Safe Environment

– No food or drinks in treatment areas.
– Our team ensures daily cleaning.
– Emergency preparedness plans are in place for any disaster or incident.
– First aid and basic life support services are available.

9. Emergencies & Incident Reporting

– Any incident (injury, death, fire, robbery, etc.) will be handled immediately and reported to authorities.
– Emergency services will be contacted if needed.

10. Lab Specimen Handling

– All samples are properly packaged and stored before being sent to the lab.

11. Emergency Response

– We’re trained to respond to emergencies with:
  • Basic life support
  • Stabilization and hospital referral

12. Waste & Maintenance

– Medical waste is sealed and disposed of by licensed contractors.
– Equipment issues are reported immediately for repair.

13. Volunteers

– Volunteers are welcome but must follow our policies and not interfere with clinic operations.
